I had gone through the reviews before booking, however made a mistake while ignoring the negative comments on the hotel staff and yet proceeding with my stay here. I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST AVOIDING THIS AS THERE ARE BETTER HOTELS WITH COURTEOUS STAFF AROUND THE OWNER OF THE HOTEL SHOULD LOOK AT THE REVIEWS REGARDING THE STAFF BEHAVIOUR AND TAKE ACTION AGAINST THEM. The only good thing about this hotel is itâs food but the behaviour of the front desk people will disgust you. Very rude and not welcoming at all, theyâll always have their eyebrows raised and a dispeasant tone. We had over 10 rooms booked out of which we had requested for early check in for 2 rooms, which was promised to us would be given at the day of booking at no extra cost, a day before the booking they told us it will be not available or would have to pay extra price if at all required. After a lot of nagging they had provided us 2 non AC rooms around 10am. Out of all rooms provided to us, the 1 triple room was yet not provided to us until later after 2:30pm. On questioning the front desk man, he was very rude and implied that since he had given us early check in so why are we fussing about the late check in now.    Read moreReview of Hotel Biznotel by Pride, Deoghar - I recently visited Deoghar and visited Hotel. Hotel was booked by Travel Agent in the name of good hotel near Baba dham. Hotel is close to main mandir and having good ambience. However, the room given was not proper - telephone, AC & TV were not working. I asked TV to manage but they could not. Later I complained to my Travel Agent and next day they changed the room where all 3 were working. Though Food quality was Very Good but quantity was just OK and they charge for even complimentary water. I asked them to provide complimentary water bottles in room and they slamped me with bill. I asked them for 30 ml of milk for Pooja (No hotel charges for this), they charged for 1 liter of milk (Rs. 84/-). When I enquired about it, they started yelling that management will levy it to their salary. These incidents forced me to put review below Satisfactory. I had an absolutely horrible stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the management has no regard for guest comfort or basic hospitality. The general manager, Kanhiya, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns politely, he chose to argue and misbehave, which made the situation even worse.
As for the room itself â it was in terrible condition. The air conditioning barely worked, making it impossible to get a good nightâs sleep. The washroom was just as bad, with broken fittings and poor maintenance. It felt unhygienic and unsafe.
Overall, this place is a complete disappointment. Poor service, rude staff, and substandard facilities. I would strongly advise others to stay far away...
