Service of the hotel is not up to the mark, due to shortage of manpower. But the staffs are very nice.

Intercom system is not working..... So if you required any service, you have to come down to the reception desk!!!!!!!!

No kitchen is available, so you have to arrange your food at your own.

I booked 3x Deluxe room, but they provide a normal small ac room.

During check in they provide a small pack of moisturiser (15ml) & a small pack of soap. Surprisingly both had already expired 7-8...

I attended a Barat ceremony here and found the premises and the services to be adequate, the rooms are comfortable, air conditioning is okay, bathrooms are clean but I found all of them to be of western style, couldn't find an Indian style toilet, there were power cuts 4-5 times through out the night but the staff were in their feet through out the night. If you're planning to book a ceremony here then go before hand and see for yourself as from my side...

Good location. Big property. As a hotel professionalism required. To contact from room intercom reception number not available at room. Hot water not available as soon as check in repeat request required. Cleanliness good but need to check bed covers. No chair , no hanger even drinking water not provided or available inside the room. Facility of drinking water, tea etc not available. No restautent. Good place for marriage etc....
