I reached hotel at 2:10 am. No reception was available. Even called the hotel 1 day before reaching, a person picked up but not willing to respond anything, felt like he's about to die in sleep, gave me another number but no one picked up even after calling multiple times. Asked ixigo am I even allowed to enter that time they said it's 24*7 checkins so yes. Suddenly a person who's contact details aren't visible anywhere found my contact details and called. He said he has 10 properties under his name so asked me about my booked hotel. I said... Suddenly he mentioned I am suppose to come to another location hotel when I asked why he denied mentioning the reason. When I exclaimed I am suppose to reach my booked hotel he said yes, there won't be any problem. You can travel and enter. When I reached other day, no reception gates were closed, no one was picking up the call from the mentioned contact number initially. Then when was picked up I was told all rooms are booked When I said I have my booking details they kept repeating it not willing to even respond. I called that mysterious person he then said ask reception, he doesn't know anything as he's just a staff member. Wasn't even associating himself with that property. Wasn't even associating willing to answer my any questions. Fortunately there was a nearby hotel room with several rooms available.
