Hotel HillTop — Hotel in Jharkhand

The only thing good about the hotel is it's location. There is nothing else which can be said good about the hotel. Despite being on first and second floor, there is no lift facility available. The rooms (which I booked) had good size but lacked maintenance. Damaged walls, bed sheets with holes, dirty linen, dirty rooms, no toiletry kit, no slippers - name a problem and this hotel has it. I have added a few images to show what I am talking about . The bathroom lacks handwash, shampoo or bodywash. The botels are there, but empty. Even when the staff sees it, they don't fill it. the location is very good. the hotel is good and value for money. but the hygiene and rooms must be improved and room service is average. You din't get bed tea till 7.30 or 8 am. no lift facility. frequent power cuts and then AC does not work on generator. The hotel is located at a prime location in Sector 4 City Center and has restaurants, banks, shopping malls, theaters, coaching institutes etc. in vicinity.
