There was a complete lack of attention to detail. The lady at the counter taking the order seemed too busy to handle it properly, even though the counter was not busy. I had specifically asked for no additional green chillies in my order. My order was for two Soya Chilli and one Paneer Chilli. When collecting my order, I confirmed with the lady handing it over, asking if it was correct and whether there were no extra chillies added. Ignorantly and with full confidence, she assured me everything was fine. The result? I received only one Soya Chilli instead of two, and all the dishes were loaded with green chillies! The staff/Manager in the 1st floor sitting area is rude other wise taste is good. It was like the manager was doing some kind of favor by serving food to customers. Either he owns the restaurant or doesn't bother about the prestige of restraunt and customer's experience. At the end of the Day customers matter for you and if the behaviour is not good then even your food is tasty, people will not come to your restaurant.
