HOTEL J.N PALACE — Hotel in Jharkhand

Our stay with four nos. of Senior Citizens & three adults at Hotel J N Palace, Ghatsila during 9th October to 12th October, 2025 was spectacular in all senses. Total ambience of the hotel was very good. Luxirious, comfortable & spacious rooms, clean toilets, attentive, friendly & well behaved staffs (such as Sukul, Nirmal & others), very delicious & fresh foods including morning & evening tea, breakfast, lunch & dinner satisfied us a lot. The front desk staffs of the Hotel, specially Mr. Manu Shit, Mr.Sanjib Das & Mr. Tapas Shit helped & guided us in our every minor necessities. It was a bad experience, At first they gave us a room which was big and ok but the window ac remote was not working after the complaint they gave another room where ac was ok but tv was not working, water was not coming from shower properly we called them a lots of time but every time they told they will send someone but no one came, we requested and ordered dinner before 7 pm as we do early dinner but no one came even after calling.They came when we slept after 10 pm so we rejected to dinner. At night lots of time power cut, Our whole night was starved and ruined in that hotel, worst experience while traveling, absolutely not upto the mark with their charges and definately will not...

It was a very good stay at hotel J N PALACE ghatshila. All the staffs are very polite and courteous. Rooms are good and equipped with gyser and other basic amenities. They have elevator facilities for all the floors. The cafeteria area is very spacious and the taste of each of the food items are very yummy! The cost is affordable and reasonably priced. The have a good lawn infront of the hotel where kids can have fun. The usual auto rate to reach the hotel from the Ghatshila railway station is Rs 150. The location of the room is just beside the national highways. So it's a quiet place and there are no nearby kirana stores around 500mtr. Overall room tariff starts from...
