Hotel Jagdamba — Hotel in Jharkhand

After my booking from Make My Trip. I called the hotel and confirmed with the hotel if my booking is successful they said 'Yes'. Once I reached hotel they asked for extra money. I called the cop. They did nothing. Then called MMT to settle my dispute MMT took more than 2 hrs in discussion by that time it was already 2:30 am and I was having my exam next morning at 8 am. So decided not to drag further and concentrate on my exam. At 2:30 am MMT called me again to know what's going on. I said that I have given money to Hotel rs 1000 for non ac room. MMT said why you gave money, now MMT has no responsibility on your case they said Thank You and went off.

To summarise - I seek help from MMT + Police but no luck at all.

This is actually the ground reality of common man. The rule/ justice is just on piece of paper. We are fooled by everyone for our innocence.

Keep believing & end up like this. Literally, I couldn't do anything to any of 3 ( Hotel + MMT + Local Cop). Felt all the misery and digested...

Budget Hotel in Tata. Owner's behaviour is good & helpful. Rooms & Bathrooms are clean. Position of the Hotel is good & in calm area. One Punjabi Dhaba is near the Hotel. One tea stall is opposite of the market. Good bengali food restaurant is not there. Some uncleaned dirty Bengali food restaurants are there. Some Sweet shop is there near hotel. The rooms are not clean. The bed had bed bugs. There are no windows in the room or washroom, so if you are claustrophobic, then do not book the room here. The staff was non-cooperative and rude. Even the towels had stains on them. Very bad experience. In the photos you can see the size of the room. Ahh, there is no food service available at the restaurant. And also the breakfast time changes according to the wish...
