It's disappointing that you lost a regular customer just because we came to show you a stale product before it's expiry. We at least expected a good behaviour but the lady in the shop was very rude and impolite. You may continue to sell your product to people but definitely you are not worth another try for me again. There are much better shops in our locality and the owner and staff still treats customer with dignity. Just for a mere 25 rs bread you have lowered your standard. I was a frequent buyer as I go for vegitable purchase and your shop was right next to it, but for sure I will turn myself away from your shop now. Unprofessional and unethical beheviour of the shop keeper. Taken bread from them.. expiry date is 22 06 2021, got to know on 21 06 21 that it got fungus so advised the shopkeeper what to do coz still expiry is due.. they straight away refuses on face' niether listen nor handle the issue.. kindly if this is the case where on or before expiry if the product got fungus which is a seal pack and stored in a dry' warm place then what to do with their other products.. sincerly not happy at...
