Vivanta Jamshedpur, Golmuri — Hotel in Jharkhand

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at Vivanta. I checked in on 2nd January, and while the food quality was excellent and the room was very comfortable, there were significant shortcomings in other areas: Housekeeping: The housekeeping services were subpar. Despite staying for several days, the bed sheets in my room were only changed on the 8th of January, which is highly unacceptable. Laundry Service: The laundry service was extremely disappointing. I entrusted my brand-new jacket to the laundry, but when it was returned, it was in a terrible condition. I raised a complaint, and while the staff took the jacket back to rectify the issue, the condition remained unchanged. It looked so worn out that it appeared to be two years old instead of new. I escalated the matter to the MR. PAWAN Duty Manager, who assured me that they needed some time to clean it properly. However, the jacket was returned the next day in the same poor state. Customer Service: When I approached the reception to meet the MR. PAWAN Duty Manager again, I was told he was busy and would meet me once free. Unfortunately, I never got the opportunity to discuss my concerns with him, as he seemingly remained unavailable.

This stay has been my worst experience with Vivanta so far, despite having stayed at multiple Vivanta properties across India in the past. It is disappointing to see such a lack of attention to detail and poor service standards, which do not align with the reputation of the Vivanta brand.

Our stay at Taj Vivanta, Jamshedpur, was truly a delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and efficient service made us feel welcomed and well cared for. The hotel itself has a very elegant ambiance, striking the perfect balance between luxury and comfort.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with all modern amenities to ensure a relaxing stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, always attentive yet never intrusive.

Food at the hotel deserves special mention. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide range of choices from authentic Indian dishes to continental options catering to every taste. The restaurant was equally impressive, serving high-quality meals at very reasonable prices. Every dish we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

What stood out most was the consistency of service throughout our stay. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant staff, everyone carried a genuine smile and willingness to assist, which added so much warmth to the overall experience.
