Booked Mynt for a family function of 30+ people. First of all we love the food here.

The staff is great and really helped us with taking care of our guests and their needs (special mention to Depanwita, Amit, Simran, Arijeet and Krishnendu).

The manager Binam Rawat was very helpful with his suggestions.

They accommodated our special request for food options, which were normally not available in their menu.

Ghost Champaran (mutton) was specially amazing, I loved it. Apple pie sweet dish was really good, it’s a must try here. Kudos to the chef and the kitchen...

Have always visited for dining at their restaurant but every time have been disappointed due to delayed service for some reason or the other. The latest goof up in poila boisakh special thali was, they completely forgot to serve one of the items (bhetki machher jhal - kind of an imp part of any Bengali thali). And not just for one person but for the entire group one item was not served. Definitely not going back any time soon as this kind of abysmal service is not accepted from an IHCL...

This 1 star is dedicated to the food which was tasty other than that I can go on and on about the extremely pathetic service which was slow, non attentive regard the orders, forgetting the items ordered, taking forever to serve the orders and not remembering the veg/non veg preference. Menu lacked the basic variety of items and hardly any veg item of choice is there. This was totally below standard and...
