HOTEL RUDRA — Hotel in Junagadh

We a group of 16 people were staying at this hotel during parikrama period. The stay at this hotel was very average. Apart from good looking rooms there is nothing much that this hotel offers you. While checking in we had to wait for an hour after that there was no toiletries or towels provided we had to remind them again and again. Hot water was not available. The manager of that hotel is very rude and annoying who discriminates with guest based on there backgrounds. The bathroom jet spray broke which caused leakge in the whole room. When the cleaning was done the bedsheets used were the old ones not replaced. While waiting for our bus to arrive we requested for water to be filled up in bottle manager made a really annoying face as if he was doing us a big favour. He tried to show us that we gave you really good rooms which we usually keep for ourVIP customers in a really rude tone. Overall the experience was horrible of the manager and so was the hotel. Horrible owner and staff. The owner and staff are rude and illiterate, always after the money of people. The Hotel called and harassed me repeatedly for money, inspite of telling them I will get back to them in a few days, or else they are free to cancel the booking. The female employee bad mouthed me, calling me sick, creepy and brainless. If this is how they treat their customers, soon they will have to shut down their property.

Family and decent people, please avoid this hotel completely, as this hotel is not suitable for guests from decent families. Not at all if you are travelling with children, I am sure you will never ever let your kids be in a dirty hotel with dirty customers and horrible owners and staff. I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Hotel Rudra in Junagadh. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and nicely designed. The AC worked perfectly, Wi-Fi was fast, and there was 24/7 hot water available. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was also neat and hygienic.

The staff were extremely polite and professional, always ready to help with a smile. They guided me well about local sightseeing like Girnar Hills, Sakkarbaug Zoo, and Devaliya Safari.

The location is excellent—just 5 minutes from the bus stand and railway station. Local restaurants, tea stalls, and shops are all nearby. Security is good and the atmosphere feels peaceful and safe for families as well.

I also loved the small touches like quick housekeeping, clean bedsheets, and overall positive vibe of the place.
