I visited the store on 7th June 2021 at 3:40 PM & I beleive the some lockdown restrictions were still applied for the restaurants. Still the restaurant did allow me to sit and have snacks & tea. I ordered most of the items from the snacks menu but most were not available so I have to order a snack which was not my choice. However when I tried to pay from my debit card, they did not have a facility for a card swipe. When I offered cash, the staff return the note cause it was a bit torn. Staff Mr. Ravi was chewing tobacco and had spitted it i front of me in store dustbin.

When asked if manager was there so that I could discuss about a debit card swipe, staff Mr. Ravi said he is the manager. He had an appreance of a tapri boy. This lots charging as if they are a branded tea shop but pathetic staff, pathetic service. I had no option besides not order and I did not have wallet pay options because...
