Read moreFab hotel had tie up with this hotel and when i reached to the hotel they said why u prepaid..we don't take any prepaid customer and we are allowing you in exceptional circumstances and the staff was unethical..and they gave me a dirty room with linen full of stains and thus i reached out to the manager and he said we r doing arrangements and thus he changed the room and there is no menu service...they charged me for breakfast but there was no breakfast at all and thus my money for breakfast goes in vain as i went for exams so u don't want to have heated arguments with anyone but this hotel i would never ever recommend anyone to visit

Read moreThe check in experience was horrible. The room offered was uncleaned. The receptionist told that the cleaning boy is not here and asked to wait for half an hour. The cleaning boy came but was busy on a call himself. I waited for him to finish his call and asked him to clean the room. The boy said what's wrong with the room. I asked if u have seen the room to which he smiled and said no. His demeanour and behaviour was extremely unprofessional. The hygiene of the hotel is poor.
