Ice Cube Restaurant — Restaurant in Kanpur

The ambience and the food itself was pretty good but the service was pathetic.

First of all , the waiters are supposed to accept whatever tip someone gives them generously but this is not the case here.

I ate the meal , paid the bill and gave 10% of th bill as the tip. The waiter refused to take it with a bad attitude while I was with my girlfriend and ruined our moods.

Then he shamelessly asked for 25-30% of the bill amount as the tip which I gave to him because I was not in the mood to give him a lecture like dude you're getting salary from the restaurant and here I'm giving you a pretty decent tip(which I'm not not bound to) and still you're not satisfied.

I let that thing slip by but after finishing the meal me and my girlfriend sat there for 10 minutes just to have a little chat and this guy I tell started roaming around us in an indirect way asking us to leave the restaurant (which was pretty empty at that time and nobody was standing there waiting for seats).

All these things ruined our mood and ruined our evening.

Although the food tasted good and was hygienic , the ambience was good , the service made the overall experience bad.

I hope the owners teach some manners to the staff and educate them as to how to properly behave with people.

As restaurants are not just for eating but to meet people and have a little talk in a peaceful environment. If I wanted just to eat the food I would've ordered it from swiggy or Zomato.

One of the best restaurants in lalbunglow area they are serving dishes that blow your mind. Unique atmosphere inside service and dining alone is not boring. Vegetarian have plenty large variety to choose from and non-vegetarian are not left without tasty tastebuds. Hangout with friends is this place have great time here personaly I have been partying here from 5 years. No worries about Bill's they also accept online payment, you have to pay though.😅 Staff is yeah lazy types..#the_truth. Ordering food online and served there is same. They provide you takeaway also so you don't need to worry for left over or food packed. Kill your temptation visit it then write a review. They take care of your birthday celebration party etc. Just tell them they have good hands on it. Mostly crowded but you always get a seat.
