Worst hotel I have ever visited. The receptionists don't have manners to talk to the guests. They will behave like they have done a favor to give you a room. Talking about the rooms and hotel. There is no cleaning staff. The corridors are dirty, the rooms are untidy. The garbage and dirty sheets are lying in the corridors. The washrooms are worse than the public toilets.

The room service and the menu is the worst part. They will tell less amount when your order something, be it food or water and during checkout they will ask to pay more.

They don't provide you with the wi-fi password as well as the TV will not work. If the TV is working then they will say that the Tata sky subscription is over. If you ask to subscribe then they will say the dish antenna is not getting signal. They always have a excuse for the mistake. But they will never resolve the issue.

Not recommended for couples as the employees behaviour is not good for girls. They pass bad comments in front of you. I have seen many couples who are feeling uncomfortable there.

Not recommended for family as well. as the hygiene and the behaviour is very bad.

If you want to stay alone then you may but I will not recommend. There are a lot of good and cheaper options available.

This hotel does not deserve a single star. Worst experience ever. The OYO Collection Os are operated under OYO but the staff here and the manager don't even listen to the OYO representatives. They don't give you check IN of you paid online on OYO and they don't even accept to talk to OYO customer service.

OYO should have removed them from their application but it's even worst that the OYO representative always cover the issues...

1. No TV recharge done after reminding the receptionist (Mr. Tabish).
2. Dirty room images.
3. Corridor was filthy and all the garbage was there for 2 days.
4. Room was dirty and dusty, and felt like it had not been cleaned for days.
5. Bedsheet was dirty beforehand and I was forced to pay Rs. 800 for an already dirty bedsheet. (Image of bedsheet attached)
6. Pillow cover was dirty and damaged (There were holes in pillow which was then covered with a black cover).
7. The toilet was broken, the commord was damaged and when I asked the Mr. Tabish to change the room or get is fixed, he said it will be done but that never happened.

1. Receptionist (Mr. Tabish) was having tobacco or some sort of pan masala throughout, I have never seen somebody at the front desk eating tobacco and talking to guests.
2. Rude, impolite and threatening behaviour of the receptionist (Mr. Tabish).
3. No house boy to take the luggage.
4. No amenities given like a minimum of drinking water.

Suggestion:

Sleep on railway station but don't fall for these peoples trap, they will create situation to charge you...

I am not at all satisfied with the hotel service because after traveling 600 km at 11:30 AM, when I reached there, the receptionist did not any inquiry directly answer wait in the cafeteria me wait for 25 minutes but no response from reception There was no rush on reception. After waiting, I said what happened sir? Then he said… Come! I was given room number 202. The room, which was very small in size, was neither dirty nor sanitized, it is not 2X room size. The room door and double bed are just only one feet apart. the bed sheet and the blanket were completely dirty, the blood was falling on the bedsheet . The size of the washroom was very small and it smelled and there was no towel in it, the washroom was not cleaned. There was no water bottle in the room I had to stay there all night but due to the problem I paid cash and checked out within three hours and booked another hotel. Room number 202 is the smallest in this hotel, so the couple is first given to the couple. We give you so much money to stay for 24 hours, then at least change the bedsheet at every...
