Ankita Residency — Hotel in Karnataka

Had been staying here as a stopover along with family for the past 3 years.I also had recommended this hotel to one of my friend regarding his sisters marriage ( they had booked almost all the rooms ) Also had stayed here just before 8 days while going towards Hampi with my family ( 3 senior citizens ) |In spite of all this when I again checked-in on my way back with family ( 3 senior citizens ) the attitude of the management especially Mr.Manjunath was disgusting - shameful - inhuman - insane.|This guy knew me from 3 years & still didn't allow my family to climb the stairs without paying the whole amount in advance.I told him that I was going to pay the amount in 5 minutes as I had senior citizens with me & they were tired as we were back from a long journey but Mr.Manjunath didn't care for a thing.Apparently I payed him.Then I asked him as to why was he behaving like this with us to which he started misbehaving & speaking arrogantly.I was shocked to this.I immediately demanded my cash back to which he refused stating that I had already signed the register.Then I told him that I will file a police complaint & wanted to speak to his owner after which he immediately refunded my amount.|This was a pathetic , irresponsible & inhuman behavior of the management.I had to leave the hotel with senior citizens.|Never ever stay at this hotel - forget about staying with family but dont even prefer this even if you are alone.Its better to stay on the...

I had been there on 18th-Apr-2019 at Ankita Bar & Restaurant. I'm not Sorry to say that i got a worst experience in my life with a very bad service start from the counter Manager, Waiters and the food.

No personal grudge!

Service : People couldn't even help me with mere a mobile charger for few mins. while i was travelling and had no access to charge myself and it was indeed urgent.

Food : When ordered Mushroom chilly worth 150/- in return i received just 4-5 tiny chopped pieces wrapped/fried with corn flour. All i could see was corn flour chunks and nothing else.

Billing : They charged me 110/- extra but then i noticed and got that corrected. (So many customers don't even check and pay just like that)

Basics : Washbasins were filled with Gutka spits all around OMG and was hell like unhygienic.

Respected Owner its a request please do visit oftenly to see how your staff is maintaining your Restaurant. Since every Individual spends his/her hard earn money and expect a decent Service. Being a citizen of Karnataka i felt like sharing my experience with you so others don't experience the same what i went...
