Actually , am not suppose to give 1 star as well otherwise i cannot continue with this POST. Hence given the same.
Really had a bad experience with this property. We ( 6 adults 2 kids) have planned for 1 N stay on our way to GOA from bangalore. Booking made through OYO with the complete amount paid in advance. I have checked with the property 1 day prior to our checkin (2nd Oct) as well as on the day of check-in wherein they have confirmed our stay. However ,just 10 km prior on reaching this property ( @ 10.15 pm on 2nd oct) , we have received the call from OYO and from property mentioning our booking has been cancelled giving pathetic reason for cancellation ( network issues / on going maintenance work in the property ) for the confirmation given earlier.
Poor thing is even OYO has not extended the support to find out the alternate property and just given vague reply saying money will be refunded and we should select the alternate one.
Either OYO or property are least bothered about customer and failed to understand our situation on untime with 2 small kids. Hence, decided not to book the stay through OYO in...

I had booked my room with check in date 30th & check out 1st thru GOIBIBO app & the details are also shared below. As I went for check in at 7am on 1st as my stay would last just for 3 hrs, the receptionist MR. Shubhankar handed over another voucher with OYO ID (same has also been shared below) stating for an additional payment of Rs. 989. I contacted GOIBIBO, didn’t get any response, then I contacted OYO as why am I getting a voucher of their company when I had booked thru GOIBIBO and they replied rudely saying that I need to contact GOIBIBO as the payment was made to them. I spoke to GOIBIBO again and this time they said they had raised a complaint and would take some time to sort it out 😳. Really very furious. How could this happen….who is to be blamed. Read moreAfter a 500KM drive and upon our arrival it became a shocker when we're told that they cannot give rooms. Talking thru with the property owner it became evident that OYO settled only ₹1000 to them out of ₹1300 that I paid online. When I escalated this to OYO customer service they convinced the property owner by adding ₹300 as complimentary which again has its own issues I believe. At the end the property owner agreed to give us the room looking at our helpless position. A word of caution, don't pay costs upfront with OYO. Incase of cancellation it would take 7-10 working days to reimburse the amount and finally it's better to talk with three property owner than with OYO.
Finally on the review part. Rooms were great, near and clean. Breakfast was good. The property runs is own restaurant by name ASHOKA which is expensive but that cost is justified with the quality of food and ambiance. Try their Chicken Fried Rice and Mexican...
