I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by your PG. Every month, there was a recurring issue with the rent amount, often involving overcharging. The refund process is equally disappointing, with hidden deductions such as "separation charges" and other unexplained fees, resulting in not receiving the full deposit amount.

Moreover, the deposit refund process is unnecessarily complicated. Instead of a direct transfer, the deposit is first moved to an app wallet, requiring an additional redemption step. After countless follow-ups, you finally issue a check—even though complete bank account details were provided upfront.

The helpline service is another source of frustration. Representatives repeatedly ask to raise service tickets and then disconnect the call, wasting all the time spent trying to connect. This lack of accountability adds to the overall stress of dealing with your services.

While I initially had a few positive things to say, my recent experiences with your finance team and helpdesk have completely overshadowed them. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend your PG to anyone due to these recurring issues and poor customer support.

Coliv is a total scam, please don't register here. It might seem that it's service is good and it's coliv and no restriction, but it is not like that. Outsiders are not allowed, and there is fine if they stay. Apart from that, they promise to refund the deposit, but they don't, and charge heavily for no reason. When I started, my rent was 12k for 1 room, now it's Rs. 18500/ in just 4 months. They increase the rent, without prior notice. The food quality is very bad, and the complaint is not answered. While onboarding they will tell many things with vag promise, not once onboard they don't answer calls. They promise 24 hr power back-up and wifi, but it's a scam. The internet is also only 100 gb limits, and exhaust at a very fast rate. Last week our property had no power, and only worked on generated for some days, then it was also limited. And for this they charge ₹4500 only for electricity. Even the network is very poor, and they say LAN is under maintenance so no internet this week. They have made charges for everything. In the last month 3 managers have changed, due to bad conducts and 5 cleaning staff due to not efficient and bad conducts.

You will end up paying multiple hidden charges. Initially, I was told that the monthly rent would be ₹10,000, but later, I started receiving invoices of approximately ₹17,000. This included ₹3,000 for parking charges for my 4-wheeler, which I was not informed about at the time of booking. Additionally, cleaning and water charges were added, and regardless of whether you opt for food or not, you are required to pay for it.

I was also told that WiFi would be included, but after moving in, my WiFi stopped working. Upon asking the manager, I was informed that only 100 GB of data is free, and any additional usage comes at an extra cost. In today’s world, 100 GB is insufficient.
