I was a bit skeptical initially to book this hotel after reading the reviews here. But I thought of giving it a try since it was a question of just one night stay. I took the advise from one of the reviews and asked hotel to accommodate me in their new building instead of the old building, which they did gracefully. Believe me, it is not that bad. The rooms are not bad but they surely need a little upliftment especially the bed. The mattress was terrible. The staff greeted us quite well and provided us the best service whenever we needed it. Front desk staff are quite helpful as well courteous and polite. The security takes care of your car in case you prefer to park it outside. They do have a complimentary breakfast but we did not avail it as we left quite early in the morning. It is right on NH 17 and that's the advantage. We did our room booking through Goibibo for AC Double Room, upon arrival at Hotel reception we showed our Booking Confirmation to reception staff ( 2 Elderly men) and got d response from them very rudely saying " We cannot allot the Room since all the Rooms in the hotel are sold out and inform goibibo accordingly".
