We were in Sarada Residency on 24th & 25th December '23. Rooms were neat and clean. Room size is not too big but sufficient. Room charges are very reasonable. Service is good. 24/7 hot and cool water in bathroom. 24/7 ac, power backup. Packed drinking wate bottle ( complementary)Fresh bedsheet, blanket, pillows, towels and toiletries were provided. 2nd day again fresh bedsheet, towels, pillow cover etc were provided. Room cleaning was done. Electric kettle, tea bags, coffee powder , milk power were provided.

We are 4 members family and for both the days complementary breakfast were provided.

Parking space is bit small to park comfortably, It's not having any inhouse restaurant/ dining area or kitchen. Either you need to go out for breakfast, lunch, dinner or evening snacks or you can order through room service ( no delivery charge ) and they will serve in your room. But this ll take atleast an hour or more, once you place an order. There is a pure veg restaurant ( corriender- non ac)at just 100mtrs distance( But not that good service, quality or taste )

I would happily rate 5 start if the parking would be little more specious or they would have some one who could park the car or take it out on request. And if they would have an in-house kitchen/ restaurant or the delivery would be faster.

Other wise it's a good stay option in Mangalore city. Very reasonable and good...

It is a quarantine center now.. Full of covid cases there now.. I'm not sure if they are ever going to sterize this place ever for future use.

Hello owner. You have asked me how I know it was a quarantine center? I am spreading fake news? Then you are not checking on your property I guess. It was used as a quarantine center (it can't happen without your knowledge) and from there 6 to 7 positive cases were reported. I live in that colony and that is how I know. Due to the protest we had with the administration now they have assured it will not keep people there anymore. Again we just hope that they follow what they say and you do not allow them to use it again as a quarantine center.
