I always order birthday cakes from here because they are fresh and delicious 😋 Black Forrest, Caramel, Choco, Nuts n glory are some of the best flavours in the shop. We had ordered a Blue berry cake for our son birthday but the cake was pathetic and we had tried talking to Kavoor branch incharge even they did not give any solution , in fact they told they will collect the cake sample to know the problem but then no body turned up and it was a very bad cake in terms of taste and service also . Plz don’t spoil your birthday celebration by ordering cake at RIBBONS AND BALLOONS - they are not service...

Very disappointing experience with Ribbons and Balloons. Their customer service was absolutely terrible—completely unresponsive and least bothered about customer concerns. It felt like they didn’t care at all. We ordered a cake for my brother’s birthday, expecting quality, but it was far from it. The texture was awful, and the taste was nothing like what we ordered.
