Hotel Southern Heritage — Hotel in Karnataka

Probably an okayish place for alcohol and chilling with a bunch of friends, terrible hotel rooms system. The reservation policy here is a joke and not taken seriously. We had reserved a room here but when we reached the location, the management had given our room to someone else. We had called and confirmed the room just a few hours prior too and had paid for the room. The staff ended up making us wait for an hour and sent us to a different hotel which was not even worth half the money we paid for this.
