Dear Whosoever Concerned, I am writing this review to share my feedback on the parcel order that we picked up from you last night. Our order consisted of 2 bucket chicken Biryani, 4 plates of kabab, one egg biryani and 1 egg chilli, I ordered an egg biryani, expecting a pure vegetarian dish with only eggs. However, to my disappointment, the biryani had pieces of chicken mixed into the gravy at the bottom. This was not just a minor oversight but a serious breach of trust.

While I understand that mistakes happen, food preferences and dietary choices are deeply personal. For many, it’s not just about taste but about values and beliefs. If your hotel does not serve a true egg biryani without meat, you should clearly specify it on the menu. There is a distinct segment of "eggitarians" who expect transparency when ordering.

A hotel of this standard should maintain better quality control and be mindful of its guests’ preferences. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures such lapses do not occur...

I wish I could give this place zero stars. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this bar and restaurant had no idea what they were doing. The ambiance was dreary, with outdated decor and uncomfortable seating. The food was a complete letdown. The appetizers were overcooked and tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. My main course was bland, with a rubbery texture that made it almost inedible. To top it off, the portions were ridiculously small for the price. The service was equally disappointing. The captain's behavior was outright rude and unprofessional. He seemed disinterested and dismissive, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. Our first visit to Udupi for friends marriage, our friend “promised”stay but surprised us last minute🎭 we were very skeptical to visit this place but things changed once we landed.
