We spent a wonderful 03 nights stay with family with this small and beautiful property near the SDM Dental College , had come to attend Corporate meet, Rooms very quite big enough, Clean & fresh linen. The Property General manager Mr.Vincent and Head Chef Maruti Pujar ensured that both our rooms where cleaned on all the 03 days we stayed there as we requested him. One day we didnt meet him near the reception & we also forgot but he personally called us and asked weather the room cleaning can be done in their absence. I & my wife where very happy, had not accepted such a nice hospitality & service in a boutique hotel. To be highly appreciated was the hospitality & the services where a top notch. Special mention must be made to Mr.Vincent the GM who took excellent care of us on all the days that we dined at their lawn restaurant with our kid. All the other staff also where very helpful and courteous. This is not a great place for a relaxing dinner. They try ones patience to the maximum in serving food. The wait for even soup may go up to one hour and even beyond forcing you to leave.Mix up with orders is very common you ll be served other guests food and your order would be served on another table. You should never go here with kids. There s no entertainment for them they would be hungry and irritated. This is one sure shot destination for one havoc of a evening where everything can go wrong. You can recommend this place to someone who is on weight loss plan coz you ll end up having no dinner.
