Housefinch Residency — Hotel in Karnataka

Good plc fr ONLY short stay.... Wi-fi service good... Hot water 24 hrs... Courteous staff.... 15 mins from airport... Easy to book cab ola/uber by self (using ride later option) and will save money too rather than booking through hotel or other source (v paid Rs. 256 for a pick up @ 05:30 from hotel to AP).... TV has options for English and Hindi channels both.... Current outage was backed up wth quick generator supply... Soft bed...

Goibibo gave the best offer as the place is NOT WORTH paying more than Rs. 500/night. Congested area - not easy to notice if you ain't using a map or familiar with the place. Ventilation system is worst - room has only one window which is covered with logistics shed right next to it - rooms on frst flr are fully covered and 2nd flr windows have ventilation space which is equal to zero. Room no 207 non-ac - thank god that the fan was working fine at max speed. Few food joints closeby but can't rely on food quality - better food joint is far-away. Brkfast complimentary with only 4 options but it wl leave u empty stomach. Price of food too high n taste not good. Cleanliness - not good - window, passageway not cleant. Rooms - compact with minimal space to move... If u wth family, u gonna have hard time - not good for more than 2 people - 8 * 8 feet room with 6 * 5 feet bed. One of the waiter keeps starring at women - which is very awkward and so didn't wanted to ask for any service from the hotel.

One of the worst experience in this Hotel. We just stayed for one day, Room was not clean at all they put a bedsheet which was already dirty and they charged from us for that then they are saying You spread sambhar in the bedsheet we didn't even eat that, We were so late for the flight that we paid rather than wasting and arguing with them. Then they asked extra money for A/C as it was already included when we booked the hotel but still we paid for it. Service was bad Staffs were very rude specially the receptionist. Washroom was not clean. In breakfast they gave only 2dosa after asking they said everything is chargeable. Over-all very bad experience over here I never suggest anyone to visit in this hotel. I don't why People are giving nice ratings to this hotel it was nightmare for me staying even a single hour there. If you ask anything they will reply only in one word MONEY. It feels like they are beggars or robbers who doesn't think about their guest they don't even know the C of customer service. They will show you attitude like hell feels like you are staying there...

:::PLUS'es AND MINUS'es::: Around 12 kms from airport (20 mins distance - no traffic area).. Service is good with smile.. No drinking water facility, u have to buy water bottles.. Nearby grocery shop present.. 24x7 heater facility available.. Fast food Restaurant at down is not good.. We used A2B food via swiggy app (within half an hour, food will be delivered).. Rooms and corridor looks clean & good, but the bathrooms were smelly.. Frequent powercuts, but power came back within seconds.. No paid Tamil channels in TV.. For non-AC they were charging Rs.2000 is costly for this hotel.. 1500 should be for non-ac.. Lift facility available, newly installed i think.. Nearby bridge is there, so full day u may hear vehicle speeding and its horn noises.. Got 1 soap and shampoo after we asked them.. Tea from the restaurant down is having burnt smell, not good. Telephone working fine and the other end it is getting acknowledged on time.. Wifi facility available, we haven't used it.. So overall, u can stay here if single or for short period (less...
