I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel JK Embassy, and I must say it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The check-in process was swift and efficient, and the front desk team was always ready to assist with any requests.

I booked this hotel in Mysore after seeing its “4-star” claim and decent reviews on TripAdvisor/Google. Unfortunately, the actual experience was nothing short of shocking.| • Cleanliness: The room was in terrible condition — cracks in the walls, dirty stained sheets, and an overall unhygienic environment. Even after asking for a change of sheets, they were replaced with another set that was just as dirty and stained.| • Service & Staff: The receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive. When I raised concerns, I was told I was “getting what I paid for” and that I should leave if I wasn’t happy. That is not how any guest should be spoken to.| • Professionalism: While we went out for sightseeing, the staff removed all our luggage from the room and left it sitting in the lobby without informing us. This is unacceptable, unsafe, and highly unprofessional.| • False Advertising: The hotel looks nothing like the pictures online.
