Feedback on Experience at The Coastal Garden, Mysore

Dear [Restaurant Management],

I recently visited The Coastal Garden with my family during our trip to Mysore and Uooty. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel it’s important to provide constructive feedback.

On the day of our visit, it was raining heavily, and we were looking for a place to sit and relax. We requested to sit at a table, and we assured the staff that we were willing to pay for whatever we consumed. However, our request was initially denied, which was quite disheartening. We later approached them again, and they informed us that the cost of the food was beyond our budget, which was disappointing, especially considering we were willing to pay.

We understand that every establishment has its own policies, but the way we were treated made us feel unwelcome, and it was a very negative experience for us.

It is our hope that in the future, The Coastal Garden can work on improving its customer service and communication with guests, ensuring that no one feels dismissed or uncomfortable, especially during such unpredictable weather conditions.

Worst dinner we ever had. Our family went to have the dinner after seeing the reviews. It was a complete disaster . We ordered pomfret masala and butter prawns with fried rice and Porotta. It took 45 minutes minutes to get out first item, even though the outside garden was almost empty. We were served the prawns, without any carbs then the other items came after 20 minutes. We have ordered a fried rice for the kids which was the last item to come? Completely disappointed by our experience. We would never recommend or go back to this place. Very bad and worse experience. All seafood (fish) were not fresh cooked . Buttering up stale fish with spices is not the best way out. I got poisoned after visiting this place in the form of vomiting and diarrhea. The food was absolutely not appetizing and tasteless . The service is lazy and very unprofessional . Our order had to be repeated several times, the waiter could not remember the number and name of the dishes. Moreover, upon requesting the check, he strongly demanded a tip.... Bottom line: absolutely not tasty, poisoning, the receipt does not match the prices on the menu at all.
