Krishna Heritage Hotel — Hotel in Karnataka

There's a lot that is not in good shape about this place - but there's a lot that is also delightful. I loved having a view of neighboring farmland. I loved the outdoor shower (no hot water). Virish was an amazingly helpful person who did so much to make my stay both comfortable and easy. Were it not for him, I would have rated my experience here much lower.||||I had very good food here - tandoor vegetable platter was excellent - and Manchurian Chicken (twice!) - breakfast was always just right - good south Indian coffee, eggs, toast. I felt well taken care of by all of the staff.||||My room had problems - but coming out of the recent pandemic I can understand why. Furniture and beddings have not been updated in a while. I had to burn incense to make my room feel better. I was sorry to see the swimming pool forlornly empty of water.||||I also felt sorry for the owner, a man who only seemed to want to bark at his good employees, and watched me with some kind of animosity I can't understand. At one point I was his only guest. He never greeted or acknowledged me - not that I expected to be acknowledged - but there was nobody there but me! I think he has married himself to unhappiness. And this is not good for his health or...

Krishna Heritage Hotel stands out as one of the best value-for-money accommodations in Badami, Karnataka. Recently visited there for a short visit. It is situated conveniently near the main market, it offers easy access to local attractions.

The resort's charm lies in its picturesque green surroundings, complete with rabbits, swings, lotus ponds and a swimming pool, although during my visit, the pool was unfortunately not operational.

The rooms are very spacious. Each room has separate entrance looby and individual amenities like dressing rooms and open to sky showers. Each room feels like a mini-suite, providing ample comfort and privacy.

The dining area reflects a rustic charm with tables and chairs crafted from real tree trunks, adding to the hotel's unique ambiance. However, while the food served is decent, offering a variety of cuisines including Punjabi and Chinese, it lacks any outstanding flavor or signature dishes.

Krishna Heritage is about 2 kms from the Badami Caves entrance. So location wise found it perfect because its away from the crowded rural area with traffic and peaceful and serene and yet not too far.

The best part about this property are their rooms which are more like a suite, so spacious. The bathroom is in itself of the size of a room. There is a sepeeate luggae storage small room. And the best part is a lovely.porch sitout with a hanging bamboo chair where I would sit sipping tea made from the kettle and tea bags provided.

We used their laundry service which was good and reasonably priced. Staff gice gokd service and room service was fairly decent. Food quality was decent. Liked the breakfast spread which had variety on all the 3 days we stayed. The owners keep spme rabbits, amusing to see them around. There are also lotus ponds and nicely.manicured lawns. For me as a bird lover, the best part was spotting a group of scaly breasted munias one morning in front of my room and a pair of bayaweavers building a nest on coconut tree.
