NISARGA GARDEN - Near International Airport Road — Hotel in Karnataka

When in Bangalore, there is so much to explore in terms of food. And while I usually check reviews and try and find a suitable place to eat, constraints of time meant finding something nearby. This led us to Nisarga Garden restaurant. Located just north of the airport flyover on the West side, it is a sizeable location with plenty of parking. The place seems to be split into two sections - one for the darshini style of idly, dosa and other items. The other section served regular curries, rotis and non-veg too. They claimed for it to be Andhra like in flavour - but we didn't try nearly enough to understand if this is the case. Regarding the ambience, we sat in the AC section which was cool enough, and service was decent. For the food, we ordered a chicken curry that was flavorful, chapati's since they had no naan, but the tandoori chicken they served was burnt! They served the tandoori chicken with Mayonnaise as a dip - is this common nowadays? Also, one round of regular meals was ordered which was served on a banana leaf but my mother suggested the flavors left much to be desired. Overall, I think it is decent for the darshini style items (as I saw many people there), but the restaurant itself...

I am disappointed with Nisraga today. As i ordered for Chicken schezwan noodles. At first i received veg soft noodles and realized there is no pieces of chicken in it. When i called the restaurant and informed i received the noodles again but the pieces of chicken in the noodles is minuted and diminished. If i open a noodles and collect chicken pieces in Chicken Schezwan noodles, i would not find more than 1 table spoon of tiny pieces. This restaurant will ensure the worst possible things for its customer so that customer will not call and order food from this restaurant. The restaurant will do anything in its capacity to ensure your experience is terrible so that no customers will come to their restaurant. They think the people who order food and pay are not customers and they are doing charitable services.

This was my final order from this restaurant and hence i was so disappointed i needed to voice my experience through different platforms so people will know their snake...

We have ordered food for a birthday party for a total of 10 guests. Egg Biryani Chicken gravy Chicken kabab

Biryani taste was okay but bit salty. Chicken gravy was good.

Then Comes the worst part is the clicken kabab. It was terrible that the chicken was kept marinated for a month at least. As a normal food reviewer I can easily says the chicken was too hard as it was kept in freezer for long time and immediately cooked.

The restaurant might think they have sold their stock chicken . But I request for all responsible hotel owners to think about the quality of food they serve .

I suggest others to go for better...
