Ocean breeze — Hotel in Karnataka

It was the worst place I have ever stayed in. The mattress is as hard as a rock and when we asked the owner about it he said it's not a 5 star hotel. The towels shed and stick to the skin when used. The breakfast was ice cold and when we enquired about it the staff spoke out loud and asked to not give us the breakfast. Mind you we paid for that. And we paid 4.8k a night and it's the worst place ever. The owner was super rude and was rising his voice at women, he was making very rude gestures and honestly I was afraid he might be aggressive.
