It's a spacious house. Big rooms a hall+ dining+ living + kitchen. 2 attached western bathrooms and one very old style concrete floor indian WC area + wash room.
The issues start with dusty lofts and discarded equipments gathering dust.
The bathroom fittings are old and cracked. AC is powerful in all rooms but hall and living don't have ACs.
The bathroom in one was smelling bad. They tried air freshners but the smell was strong enough to prevent comfortable sleep.
Only 6 pillows but they have 2 good towels extra for kids. Get your own floor mats to sleep if more than 7 pax.
Seat out needs more sofa and some cupboards were dusty and locked.
1 bedroom was small with no cupboard. Should have removed that tv and placed a unit.
Need better dust and dirt clearance. Tiles in all bathrooms need change. Garden area needs cleaning.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is disgusting and very poorly maintained. The house smells horrible. It isn't clean at all. We were feeling nauseous because of the mold, dust and fungi. Everything in the house is rusted and molded. The bathrooms are horrible. The bed is very hard and the pillow covers and blankets are very dirty. There were a bunch of dirty pillows stuffed inside the cupboards. The bedroom walls had spider webs All the electrical appliances are of cheap quality and faulty. The ac doesn't cool down even when at 16 degrees. The fridge doesn't work and all our food stored got wasted. The tubelights in the kitchen and common area doesn't work The kitchen utensils were dusty, there was one knife that was fully rusted. “Awesome stay! Perfect for a group—this accommodation has 3 spacious bedrooms, with 2 having attached bathrooms and a common bathroom for the third. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, a gas connection, and gas included. There are also two large halls, and parking is available for two vehicles. Right across the street, there’s a grocery shop and a fancy store, with most essentials within walking distance. The night stay was very comfortable, and amenities like 24/7 hot water, internet, Wi-Fi, and a joystick for entertainment made it even better.
As for the service, Manpreet Singh welcomed us warmly and ensured a peaceful stay. He was very responsive and approachable. If I visit again, I’d definitely choose this...
