Udupi Comforts — Hotel in Karnataka

We loved the hotel premises, rooms, facilities and especially the staff people Mr Dinesh and Mr Girish who were always on their toes to assist us 24*7 The room is very much perfect with big size bed, hot water throughout the time, coffee and any other food parcel service at the doorstep. Especially the location is perfect to visit many tourist spots within a shortest span of time. We hired a bike directly from the hotel owner at considerable amount to explore Udupi. The staff helps you with a handy list of nearby spots and shopping points with reasonable prices. We booked a room for our guest. Firstly, the room charges was 3500 per day. For this expensive price the room was poorly maintained. AC water was leaking, bathroom did not have water and the staff here at the reception were so rude. When our guest asked for water and complained about AC leaking, the staff here told "we have given you the room for a damn cheap price, for this price you dont have any rights to complain". 3500Rs for this service is not worth it. I will definitely spread a word about this issue so that people are aware of such cheap staff behaviour and...

I was at this property for 5 days.... initially I had planned a stay only for 1 day but the environment was so calm hardly any noise and just 5 mns away from main city AND AN EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE FROM MR DINESH AND MR GIRISH MADE ME CHANGE MY MIND AND STAY FOR FULL 5 DAY'S. DINESH AND GIRISH WILL MAKE YOU SO COMFORTABLE THAT YOU WILL FEEL LIKE HOME. CONGRATULATIONS TO THE ENTIRE TEAM OF UDUPI COMFORT.
