Biggest problem here is ( First time , most embarrassing situation with family members having 2 kids & senior members )
1 ) Customer only need to adjust with Ownerâs new rules and regulations based on their most demanding seasons otherwise they will send message like â Kindly cancel ur booking and I will refund ur amount before 2 hours entering to home stay , bcz of Attitude like as if we are staying at free of cost here .
Usually every where , Check in and check out timings - 1PM to 12AM or 2PM to 1PM , here great timings decided by owner based on their next day requirements , so our timings like check in & check out 2PM to 10 AM , we checked out 3 hours early due to lot of irritation by calls and enquiries to check out .
4 -5 times called to servant to ask them , when they r going to check out , reason is like đ they will be coming to stay here ( donât give to others if it is personal things ) , first time it was most embarrassing things Infront of family members and our family scolded me like Is this free of cost staying here ??????
Here we need to vacate room before standard timings based on their urgency & requirements.
Even one day TV also not working , so again customer has to adjust & no need to ask question .
Even hot water not available at 9AM next day , again Instructions like electric geyser not suppose to use and only use solar Geyser..Ohh !! how kids have to adjust with less hot water during winter season .
WiFi also not working , no need to ask .
Location almost in remote area , very difficult to access for other things ( No basic facilities like food corners, grocery shops etc etc ) need to go outside for even for small items .
Last but least comment - Best suggestion by servant to us only , Customer only adjust with all the problems here .
When money matters , everything to be paid without missing single rupee đđ , Finally requesting to everyone , before going there please check ur booking confirmation with timings and have to adjust with all the list of problems...
