Went to Ruppi's resort with family. But all our excitement went for a toss once we entered and interacted with the staff at the Reception area. |Online Booking Experience: Spoke to HEMANTH over the phone and booked 10 sharing room with 2 toilets for over night stay and paid 2K advance. Hemanth told it is booked and confirmed. ||Experience at the Reception: There were 4 to 5 executives to attend the customers. We interacted with Mrs.CHAITRA and informed her about our room booking and paid the entire amount. To our surprise, She told that the Room has not been blocked unfortunately and we need to ask Mr.Hemanth and not her as Hemanth belong to Backend team. They don't work as a team at all, no coordination, no Apology, no alternative solution provides. We were not attended properly and were made to wait for 45 mins unattended with no directions further. They are RUDE and NOT customer centric. Atlast after many request we were provided with SOME room with 1 toilet.||Experience in the Room Stay: The room which was provided to us was not in a good condition. Torn chair seat covers, noise making beds, FILTHY toilets and an very old Geaser which had rust all over it. ||Amenities:|The Super disgusting area is RAIN DANCE area. Experience in the Room Stay: The room which was provided to us was not in a good condition. Torn chair seat covers, noise making beds, FILTHY toilets and an very old Geaser which had rust all over it.

Amenities: The Super disgusting area is RAIN DANCE area. It is a small OPEN area around the size of 800 to1000 Sqft with sprinklers above with Rusty water pipes and least maintained, surrounded by Toilets.

Swimming pool: Small pool for both Adults and Kids with broken Plastic all around.

Wave pool: Not clean and not well maintained.

Indoor Amenities: 2 carrom boards are okay okay. 2 table tennis boards are broken apart and they are just kept together to manage somehow. One pool table is horrible in condition. The fabric on the pool table is torn and come off. Apart from these there are couple of bat and balls for cricket that's it. The sports room itself is full of dust and not maintained from a long time.

Food: There is not much for Non veg lovers and too spicy food. Veg was decent. There is no specific area for partying. We could see people drinking and partying and arguing in loud voice in the food area where families could not eat peacefully. It created a sense of Discomfort for families and we had to just get up and vacate the premises to avoid any unforseen situations.

Bar counter: This is as good as a local bar where fights happen and literally there were people fighting and arguing without basic manners and the staff just kept seeing and did not do anything to manage them. Moreover, there is no table service. If we have to get the service then we have to go to the counter first and make the payment and there is only one person who serves. If we want something in the middle then we have to go to the counter again and make payment counter and make payment again and the person will get what has been ordered.

Only Mr. Manjunath, the Room service person was kind enough. None other person bothered about us. Please refer to the photos attached. If you are going with your family and friends, to have a nice time , then this is NOT the place. Avoid this and go for a...

The stay was a complete disaster due to filthy rooms, rude staff, terrible service, and an overall unprofessional experience. The understaffed hotel's lack of professionalism and discourteous staff significantly detracted from the visit. Cleanliness, amenities, and food quality were severely lacking, failing to justify the cost. This experience was far from what one would expect from a premium resort.

You’re paying 3540 for the most expensive 2 hours in the wave pool

Summary:

Lack of Warm Welcome: The initial interaction with the reception staff lacked the expected hospitality. Rude and Unhelpful Staff: Reception staff displayed poor customer service skills and seemed annoyed by guest inquiries. Unprofessionalism: Staff showed irritation towards guests and even suggested canceling bookings. Disappointing First Impression: The room was not ready upon arrival, and cleanliness standards were far below what was advertised. Long Wait Times: Check-ins for activities resulted in frustration due to long queues. Dismissive Attitude: Staff dismissed cleanliness concerns and offered inadequate solutions. Double Standards: Staff insisted guests be timely but did not follow the same expectations. Communication Barrier: Staff primarily spoke Kannada, making it difficult for non-Kannada speaking guests to communicate effectively. Inoperative Amenities: Broken furniture, malfunctioning electrical outlets, and a non-functional intercom hindered the stay. Dim Lighting: Faulty wiring caused lights to stay on even when switched off, posing a potential safety hazard. Poor Food Quality: The food was lacking in variety and flavor, and questionable hygiene practices were observed in the dining area. Dishonesty: Reception staff made unfulfilled promises regarding billing. Every Quarter we plan for Resort outing with Family or Friends. This time we planned for Ruppis Resort, mostly we were going north of Bangalore Resorts. Initially, Price was 1300rs for Day outing. Breakfast was average - Set Dosa, Boiled Egg, Upma, Kesari Bath, Lemon Rice, Bread Jam, coffe tea. Taste was average and Food wasn't hot. Lunch - 2 starters, gravy, roti, pulav, rice, rasam, curd rice. Again taste was average and nothing great about it. There was no fruits, ice cream or any sweets. Evening snacks was the most expected thing as everyone were tired. Snacks was Biscuit and Tea. Every resort gives good Snacks but these staff is still in old ages. Regarding games... You get Small swimming pool,waves pool, rain dance, Indoor 3 games and outdoor games with security deposit. No other games is included in 1300rs. Additional 5 games is given for 100 in total, There are lot of crowd and you need to wait 30min to each game which will eat up your time. Above 60kg is not allowed for cycling zip line... Adv ride is just for a min and you need to wait for 30min. Other games were okay. There are no water games or free land games in this package. As they have mentioned biggest wavepool in Karnataka is not right. Don't overestimate and go. If you go without any expectations or if you are going for the first time then you will rate it more than 4stars. If you're expectations are too much, and you have seen most resorts then this rates less than 3 stars. Thanks Ruppis Resort staff as they were Good. Atleast improve food taste and different items.

Every Quarter we plan for Resort outing with Family or Friends. This time we planned for Ruppis Resort, mostly we were going north of Bangalore Resorts. Initially, Price was 1300rs for Day outing.
