But all our excitement went for a toss once we entered and interacted with the staff at the Reception area. |Online Booking Experience: Spoke to HEMANTH over the phone and booked 10 sharing room with 2 toilets for over night stay and paid 2K advance. Hemanth told it is booked and confirmed. ||Experience at the Reception: There were 4 to 5 executives to attend the customers. We interacted with Mrs.CHAITRA and informed her about our room booking and paid the entire amount. To our surprise, She told that the Room has not been blocked unfortunately and we need to ask Mr.Hemanth and not her as Hemanth belong to Backend team. They don't work as a team at all, no coordination, no Apology, no alternative solution provides. We were not attended properly and were made to wait for 45 mins unattended with no directions further. They are RUDE and NOT customer centric. Atlast after many request we were provided with SOME room with 1 toilet.||Experience in the Room Stay: The room which was provided to us was not in a good condition. Torn chair seat covers, noise making beds, FILTHY toilets and an very old Geaser which had rust all over it. ||Amenities:|The Super disgusting area is RAIN DANCE area. It is a small OPEN area around the size of 800 to1000 Sqft with sprinklers above with Rusty water pipes and least maintained, surrounded by Toilets. ||Swimming pool: Small pool for both Adults and Kids with broken Plastic all around. ||Wave pool: Not clean and not well maintained. ||Indoor Amenities: 2 carrom boards are okay okay. |2 table tennis boards are broken apart and they are just kept together to manage somehow. |One pool table is horrible in condition. The fabric on the pool table is torn and come off.|Apart from these there are couple of bat and balls for cricket that's it. The sports room itself is full of dust and not maintained from a long time. ||Food: There is not much for Non veg lovers and too spicy food. Veg was decent. There is no specific area for partying. We could see people drinking and partying and arguing in loud voice in the food area where families could not eat peacefully. It created a sense of|Discomfort for families and we had to just get up and vacate the premises to avoid any unforseen situations. ||Bar counter: This is as good as a local bar where fights happen and literally there were people fighting and arguing without basic manners and the staff just kept seeing and did not do anything to manage them. Moreover, there is no table service. If we have to get the service then we have to go to the counter first and make the payment and there is only one person who serves. If we want something in the middle then we have to go to the counter again and make payment counter and make payment again and the person will get what has been ordered.||Only Mr. Manjunath, the Room service person was kind enough.
