My husband booked this resort as an impromptu plan for our experience in vande bharat express from bangalore to dharwad. The property welcomed us with serene green stretches and sundecked reception area. They have multiple categories of room and we took a premium room where the rustic wooden interiors are a ete soothing view. The beds are on and elevated space which makes it attractive for kids. There are multiple activities like indoor games, kids play area spa etc . The restaurant is good with palatable food choices and very nice staff service. Staff overall are bery polite and proactive. It was a peaceful stay with kids friendly environment. Things we did not like: the lighting in the rooms is not enough. It feels dingy after sometime. The spa is expensive and mentions a 10% discount for room inmates however when we went there they said the discount is only for services above 2000 which felt like a miscommunicated offer. The location of the property is on the hubli dharwad highway so once you are in you are disconnected unless you are traveling in your own car. Getting a conveyance is a little tricky however the courteous staff helps you with paid cabs and taxis...

We made a mistake choosing its restaurant for celebrating my uncle and aunts wedding anniversary. Had been to this place years ago then also it was mediocre and still remains a mediocre restaurant. Pathetic service by staff and there is no coordination between the captains taking order and servers delivering to the tables. A new captain will come every few minutes to take order even if it was placed with other captains. Outdated restaurant and outdated ambiance. Coming to food we ordered Chicken Ghee roast which was the Only good dish. Mutton Urval had Chevy stale mutton that was like Rubber pieces and They forgot about Murg Lucknowi that was ordered! Chicken Tikka masala was very very ordinary and the much hyped Banana Leaf Biriyani is just some plain rice with essence of kewra and few boiled pieces of chicken. It was tasteless and bland.
