Hotel Kochar Plaza — Hotel in Karol Bagh

i booked this hotel through oyo and the room was so dirty, the floor was having dirt marks like its never been cleaned the besheet was dirty with spot marks of dirt the blanket was also dirty and having dirt spots the washroom was in the worst condition the shower head was broke and little water came out of it i was given no toiletries no towel and the a.c was so up high that the cooling was not sufficent there was a small fridge in the room which was dirty the tv was not working and at the reception when i was told to do the payment i said okay i'l do it with PAYTM but the receptionist refused and said that PAYTM is not accepted here then i said okay i can swipe my ATM card on which he replied that the swipe machine is not working and told me that i can go to an ATM in the middle of the night at 12 to withdraw cash i'm disappointed by there service because if someone chooses your hotel they want to rest with clean surrounding and a service like this is just borderline bizarre i would suggest not to choose this hotel and go for...

I am verry disappointed with this kind of froud hotels 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠 The manger is misbehaving and her attitude towards the guests very rudd , Room no 102 The hotel room has no lock in the room not in AC , TV no gesusre ,no lift And shoking the telephone also not available in the hotel Room also not clen properly and bed smell in this room

Why oyo do this kind for nonsense and her staff also not taking like a professional

And one more thing i have paid online money 399 ,2 guest as per oyo app shown on the app but when we check in ,but hotel manager saidd u have to pay another bill of 2 guest 399 more what's is this nonsense oyo and manger maid this

I personally openion is not safe place for stay

hotel rooms were in worst condition, bathroom was not clean at all , walls were dampened, hotel had a lift but it is only for show you have to use stairs , they say their is a central kitchen which is not a hygiene place also . no ventilation , no exhaust fan in bathroom , even shampoo and soap was not there , all things oyo mentioned that will be available only on oyo site you won't even find a decent blanket in room .. I am surprised and frustrated that why oyo has even listed this hotel . oyo need to personally see the hotel.. I reached at hotel at 11:00 pm in night but could not stay at place for more than 4 hours and had to checkout in midnight at 3 :00 AM. They increased our hotel charges by 500/- unnecessarily due to which I had to talk to oyo support and than they removed...
