Excellent property with direct access to a less crowded area of the beach, Good privacy and ample secured parking space. Rooms are well maintained, clean linens at par with four star hotels and basic toiletries and round the clock hot water available. Tea, coffee felicities, well equipped kitchenette with stove, fridge and water purifier is a thoughtful addition. Booking experience was a breeze with the property owner. We booked the entire property for the birthday celebration of my daughter. The support from the property manager Mr.Dillu was excellent, he assisted in co-coordinating with the event management team and the catering suppliers seamlessly. i would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a weekend get away, or hosting events or family get together or friends...

I recently stayed at this resort after traveling from Mangalore to attend a friend's wedding at a nearby location. It was a fantastic place to stay and the perfect spot to unwind.

The weather was perfect for a beach trip, with a lovely breeze coming off the water. The resort is gorgeous, with a huge, beautifully kept lawn that would be amazing for hosting events. There was also plenty of car parking space, which was very helpful.

Inside our accommodation, the small kitchen was a massive plus, giving us the flexibility we needed. I also really appreciated the easy access to filtered water throughout our stay.

You will definitely be stunned by the property and its location with direct access to the beach. No other property has this ambience with such a scenic view on the beachside here in Kappad, even the established ones.

I had my daughter’s birthday party here and the property excited everyone with its feel. No un-necessary limits/terms set here for your fun and joy. We really enjoyed the day.

Dillu had got the things managed very well. Hospitality was at its peak with him and Sreedharettan !!
