Berlin Homestay — Hotel in Kerala

I had a wonderful experience staying at this homestay! The environment was peaceful and very well maintained. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, giving a true “home away from home” feeling. The host (Jijo chettan) was extremely friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The food provided was delicious and felt like authentic homemade meals.

This place is highly unsuitable for staying. The environment is dusty, unsafe, and completely different from the photos shown online. It’s located on the first floor of a small local tea shop and doesn’t even meet the standards of a basic lodge. The rent is unreasonably high for such poor conditions. To make things worse, the staff were extremely rude and even attempted to hit us with tools after we cancelled our booking. I strongly advise against choosing this homestay...

Wherever you travel to, you need a good place to stay and BERLIN HOMESTAY meets all the required criteria. Good food and friendly staff are an added bonus. Since it is situated at the heart of the town, visiting the must see places becomes easier. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and prompt room service have all pointed us towards a second visit to Idukki.
