My stay from October 6th to 8th, 2024, proved to be a masterclass in hospitality, seamlessly blending luxury with environmental consciousness. From the moment our car came to a halt in the elegantly designed porch, we were enveloped in a cocoon of warmth and tradition. The welcome ritual, steeped in local custom, set the tone for what was to be an extraordinary sojourn. The check-in process was a breeze, efficiently handled by the courteous staff. As we were led to our accommodation, the sheer spaciousness of the rooms took us by surprise. The interiors exuded an air of understated elegance, with crisp, immaculate linens that promised nights of blissful slumber. Stayed in Ragamaya for 2 days with family of 12 including 4 kids , the youngest in the group being 2 years old and the eldest being 80. I must say it was one of the most enjoyable experiences we had .From the enquiry phase through to the checkout ,we received top notch professional service . Seamless booking , dedicated point of contact before the trip to answer any of our queries , a follow up call on the day of trip to see how far away we were etc made a lasting first impression. Once we reached , Welcome drink , flawless check in process , our luggage’s were well taken care of , Cars parked by the staff ,all made us feel very welcome . The rooms were neat & tidy with spectacular views ,spacious balcony , super clean toilet & shower, and all amenities within reach made us all very comfortable.

An infinity heated pool overlooking the amazing views from where the kids doesn’t want to get out off, A restaurant where Chef Mr.Basil made us drool over his dishes and his smiling team of staff at your service all the time , Spa & Massage facilities, Cycling options , we enjoyed every bit of it .

We even had a 70th birthday celebration there and the staff were at their best in organizing everything from cake , candles, balloons, Flowers, tables, seating etc. All we did was to show Libin , the operations manager some photos of what we expect, and it was all arranged beyond our expectations. They even had one person standby for the entire duration to take care of any of our needs. Over the two days our 2-year-old troublemaker was jumping hands from one staff to another and pampered ,made us feel personal.

Overall, the location , the ambiance , the facilities , the food , the service , everything we received was splendid.

On our checkout time ,we had at least 10 staff from reception, restaurant, kitchen & room service waving us goodbye ,something which I never experienced at any checkout .
