Blue Creek Village Resort — Hotel in Kerala

Extremely disappointing experience. No basic amenities were provided—not even drinking water. There was an unbelievable delay in getting any response from the staff. At check-in, we were promised hot water, but the geyser wasn’t working. Their solution? Take a shower next door—through a dark, unsafe pathway.

They collected the full amount as advance payment, and we’ve learned our lesson: never pay the full amount upfront. The promised campfire was never arranged, and when we called the staff for help, their response was unacceptable. Most of the time, they wouldn’t even answer the phone, and when they did, they refused to acknowledge their mistakes.

Overall, the service was terrible, and I would not recommend this...
