Bright Residency - Lodge Edappally, Lodge Ernakulam, Lodge Near Lulu Mall — Hotel in Kerala

If you are looking forward to booking a room at this place, pls be careful and stay away. The owner is a FRAUD, shameless GUY. From my personal experience I once booked an Oyo from this place, but at the time of check-in, that old guy denied my booking(Even the location given in the oyo app was also wrong, somehow I found the location). He was saying "I have no commitment with you, you ask oyo, I didn't give anyone room, I am not managing the oyo thing, ask some other guy,etc." And after contacting customer care, they called this guy's number, and in front of us his mobile began ringing, but he didn't pickup. What a shameless guy that old weirdo was. But somehow OYO allotted us another room at another residence. OYO kept their standards high even at that time. They booked us an AC room with some money in our wallet. I repeat NEVER EVER BOOK...

I stayed at this hotel on 14/09/2022. Worst stay ever. I made my first hotel booking on goibibo. Being onam day on arrival no responsible staff was available the maid made our stay at reception for an hour and gave owner number but he never picked up. Later the manager came and said he hasn't received the booking detail. After saying I will raise a complaint he gave us a room on entering we found the room not cleaned after the last guest's stay when we asked for cleaning he said there is no cleaning staff and asked us to change room to the upper floor where there was no power in any room, the manager was drunk who could not even identify room numbers later he gave a room with tv not working bathroom door locks broken. Wors mattress stiff like an iron cot. smelly room. no hot water. no blanket when we asked for a blanket he said it's not...

Don't go here, if you have any other option. The biggest issue is about the owner as he asks more money than that of booking charges which is very disappointing.

Moreover, no facilities is provided by the owner like water bottle, linen, towels or tea, breakfast etc, laundry etc.

I you want morning breakfast, you will have to go to nearby restaurants.
