Unacceptable behaviour by this guy towards their employees
I am writing this review with a heavy heart and a great sense of disappointment. As a regular customer of Aryaas Restaurant Cheranalloor, I have witnessed and experienced firsthand the appalling behavior of the manager, who controls the waiters and suppliers. It is disheartening to see how poorly the staff is treated, enduring abusive language and rude behavior on a regular basis.
The manager's behavior towards the waiters and employees who serve food is utterly unacceptable. It is important to acknowledge that the backbone of any restaurant is its staff, who work tirelessly to provide a pleasant dining experience. However, the manager at Aryaas Restaurant Cheranalloor fails to comprehend this fundamental principle.
On numerous occasions, I have witnessed the manager shouting at the waiters and using derogatory language towards them. This kind of behavior not only creates a hostile work environment but also affects the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. It is disconcerting to see how these dedicated individuals are subjected to such mistreatment, especially in a place that prides itself on its hospitality.
As a regular customer, it deeply saddens me to observe the negative impact this manager has on the staff's morale. It is evident that the work environment is tense and stressful, which ultimately affects the quality of service provided. The once-friendly and attentive waiters now appear demoralized and anxious, resulting in a diminished dining experience for the customers.
Moreover, the manager's treatment extends beyond the staff to the suppliers as well. It is vital to maintain healthy relationships with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of quality ingredients. However, the manager's rude behavior has strained these relationships, leading to compromised food quality and a lack of variety in the menu.
Aryaas Restaurant Cheranalloor has always been known for its delectable cuisine, but it is disheartening to see that the manager's conduct is overshadowing the restaurant's reputation. No customer should witness such mistreatment, and no employee should have to endure such disrespect. It is essential for the management to address these concerns and take appropriate action to rectify the situation.
I hope that Aryaas Restaurant Cheranalloor recognizes the detrimental impact of the manager's behavior and takes immediate steps to improve the work environment for their staff. By doing so, they can regain the trust and loyalty of their customers and restore the restaurant's reputation as a welcoming and enjoyable dining...
Read moreWe went to the hotel with our 2 year old. We could see there were many kids around that age. When we requested for a kids chair they said they don't have any. While paying the bill, my husband and I suggested it would be good if there were baby chairs. The cashier was a lady and she stood as if she didn't hear. So we repeated again. She was downright rude and arrogant and she said we cannot provide such services. Her attitude along the way was as if they are serving free food. Also while having the food when we requested for another portion of rice, the supplier put the rice on the plates as if he is throwing it. Their attitude is as if we're taking some kind of free service from them.
The worst is their toilets. The hotel looks like an average to premium hotel. But, there are just two toilets for ladies. None of those had lights and one didn't have flush. It was disgusting and not neat.
Food is also average and service is below par. This place used to be much better before. Not sure what happened now. Used to be a regular customer. Will never visit the place again.
Never recommend the...
Read moreThe food was undoubtedly good, it's usually very crowded and there's a waiting at all times.
We tried the Masala dosa, sambar vada and mini idlis. All of them were really good.
The only thing I did not appreciate is the fact that, at all times there was a staff member standing on top of your head to vacate the table where you just end up gulping up instead of enjoying the meal. I've been to a lot of places which are crowded usually and have a wait time of up to 1-2 hours as well, but I've never seen any place where they keep staring at you to finish. Btw, we finished all in 15-20 minutes, so yes that's how long we took to vacate.
If this was kept aside, the food was good, we were lucky to share our table with a great company. We had a nice short chat, something I love about Kerala. Everyone here I meet is humble, always would greet you with a smile and make you comfortable and welcome at all times.
It's always a delight to start a conversation with anyone here, because you'll always end up with a smile and a good long chat with them regardless of your...
