I recently had the pleasure of staying at this residency, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The staff at this place went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. I chose to stay based on positive reviews, but my experience contradicts them. Firstly, the property lacks maintenance, and the apartments were not clean. I encountered lizards and cockroaches inside the shelves, with a pervasive fungus smell throughout the room. The washroom was poorly maintained and unclean, with bindis on the mirror, possibly from previous tenants. Despite the inclusion of a geyser in the amenities, it was not functional, causing inconvenience for older individuals in need of hot water. On a positive note, I want to commend Mr. Munner for his exceptional service. He single-handedly managed everything and went above and beyond. He was friendly and attentive to our needs, even preparing food for my 2-year-old daughter. 3 star rating is just for his service and not for the apartment. We had a good stay for 4 nights. The room, toilet and the premises were clean and well maintained. The staff were kind, well-mannered, and helpful and provided an extra towel when requested without any hesitation. Mr. Muneer was kind enough to provide us with a route list of places to visit, which was very helpful, and we were happy that we were able to see all the places. He was also kind enough to give us ginger coffee when we returned to our room at night, knowing that we needed it. The only improvement I could suggest is that a geyser with higher capacity is needed in the bathroom because the hot water that comes now isn't enough for a bath. Then there should be at least a News Channel and a Movie Channel on the TV. Just WiFi apps are not good .
