I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Hotel Copper Folia, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of a disaster. From start to finish, this place proved to be an absolute nightmare, and to top it all off, the inclusion of made it even worse.

First and foremost, the hotel's staff was beyond incompetent. Upon check-in, we were greeted by rude and disinterested receptionists who seemed to be more interested in chatting with each other than attending to guests. Their lack of professionalism was evident, and they provided no useful information about the hotel facilities or nearby attractions.

Next, the room we were assigned to was a joke. It was small, cramped, and worst of all, unclean. The bed sheets looked like they hadn't been changed in ages, and the bathroom was a breeding ground for mold and mildew. The stench was overpowering, and it made for a night of restless sleep. I wouldn't wish that room upon my worst enemy.

To make matters worse, the so-called "entertainment" company, was a disaster in its own right. They advertised exciting activities and events, but it was all smoke and mirrors. When we decided to participate in one of their "fun" activities, we were met with disorganization and a complete lack of enthusiasm from the staff. It seemed like they had no idea what they were doing, and it left us feeling utterly disappointed.

Even the supposedly luxurious amenities were nothing to write home about. The swimming pool was murky and dirty, and the gym equipment looked like it had been neglected for years. There was nothing luxurious about the experience at all.

To top off the whole ordeal, the hotel's location was terrible. It was far from any decent restaurants or attractions, and the surrounding neighborhood felt unsafe, especially at night. We felt trapped in this disastrous establishment with no escape.

In conclusion, I cannot stress enough how much of a nightmare Hotel Copper Folia was, and the inclusion of 234World only made it worse. The lackluster staff, appalling room conditions, and false promises of entertainment left us with a terrible impression. EXTREMELY RUDE FRONT DESK OFFICER. We booked this hotel for a comfortable stay. During the check-in procedure they had some problem with the documents. After some discussions the person at the Front-desk got impatient and said- " Listen 'BRO' Till now I am talking to you with respect but that can change". After this I asked him whether this is the way you will treat your guest, please cancel my booking. His reply- " I am not going to do it foe you, go cancel it yourself.". After this was the limits. After me asking him to talk properly. His response - " Just f** GET LOST and take your money" . I was shocked. Is this the Kind of hospitality I was expecting at a "LUXURY PLUS" Premium so called 4-star Hotel. Yes you have the right to deny check-in, but if you claim yourself to be a luxury hotel there is a basic way to talk to your guest. Even a budget 1 star hotel does not behave that way. We had the privilege of hosting the Golden Jubilee Anniversary celebration of our beloved parents on 13th July 2025 @ Copper Folia. Though I was coordinating from a different location, I truly felt the warmth, efficiency, and dedication of the entire team that made this milestone event so memorable for our family.

I must extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff for their unwavering support. A very special mention goes to Mr. Shyju, who stood by us throughout the event—ensuring everything went seamlessly and offering timely help whenever needed. His presence was reassuring and deeply appreciated.

Every aspect of the event—from the seating arrangements, ambience, and lighting to the flawless audio-visual setup—was managed with such professionalism and attention to detail. The technicians and support staff worked silently behind the scenes to make sure everything functioned perfectly. The food was exceptional and appreciated by all our guests.
