Review of Signature Bar

I recently visited their Signature Bar and had a mixed experience. The ambiance was ok, felt a bit substandard for 3 star bar.

The main issue is with their interior ambience. It fails to give us the coziness we expect from a standard Bar. The lighting setup and all is not suits with the ambience of cozy bar. Also the complimentary side dishes they are providing with the drinks are not satisfactory. They don't provide glass stirring rods along with drinks. Definitely they have to improve the service quality at this bar.

About the food.. I have tasted their dragon chicken, I felt it was too sweet and plain without much more garnishing.

I had a wonderful stay at Hybiz Hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the overall experience very pleasant. The staff truly made a difference with their warm and professional service. Hari, who served our table, was extremely friendly and attentive — he made sure we had everything we needed and always carried a smile. A special mention goes to Ms. Surya at the front office. She was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm welcome and calm approach made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The hospitality here was quite disappointing.

The rooms looked fine at first, but it didn’t feel like they were properly cleaned -I even found bindis stuck on the walls. The bathroom floors were also very slippery, which made them unsafe and uncomfortable to use.

We placed our food order at 7 PM and specifically told them we would be there by 8:30 so they could have everything ready. Even by 9 PM, nothing was prepared and we had to wait. If an order is taken in advance, it should be ready on time, but they didn’t bother at all. The food itself was also underwhelming. Most of the dishes tasted unnecessarily sweet and not well-balanced.
