I am putting this review sitting at the restaurant.

They have no adequate suppliers. One guy serving almost 15 table. I have seen people walking out after sitting at least 30 min for the simple reason that nobody came to take order. Then some came out complaining that they have not received the food they ordered. Another team came out complaining that they were not served drinking water for the entire meal inspite of reminding for the entire one hour.

The guy sitting in the front counter has no idea of what is happening inside. People come out and they complain and this guy is standing there as a duffer. When somebody complained the guy reverted stating that there was crowd. What stupid reason thats what people were complaining stating that please keep adequate staff for serving.

Food was ok, nothing to complain

Recently I had the opportunity to dine at Alayam restaurant have to say they have made a comeback.

Restaurant has parking facility and overall good ambience inside, only suggestion to up the vibe is to add music & mood lights to the dining area.

There is a waiting area with a big sofa so the customer doesn't need to stand, for people who prefer take aways this is a plus & fast home deliveries.Most of the restaurants forget these little things but Alayam scored on this one

I ordered Beef Fry and Porotta but they have specials and offer meals too at moderate pricing. Beef was tender but I felt the gravy thickness is too high for beef fry but it's still tasty and porotta is a bit hard but can be mosit.

The Brosted they serve is much better than any shops in that area , they have perfected a good recipe for Brosted its juciy and crispy.
