Hotel Moonlit Regency — Hotel in Kerala

Had to Stay here for a week on Official Duty.

Rooms are spacious but the room in which I stayed was lacking a Fan. Also the centralized AC was not getting cooled properly. By the end of stay, AC stopped air conditioning totally. They gave us a spare room in which also the A/c functioning was pathetic.

The linens were clean but room was becoming dusty very often from the linens i believe. Cough got increased for me leading to wheezing which I got better after a day i left the hotel.

Breakfast was above average

Laundry charges shocked me Shirts - 100 + GST Jenas - 120 + GST which I beleive is over priced when compared to other...

Just checked into this hotel. Booked an Executive Deluxe Room through Make my Trip. We are travelling as a couple, and were surprised to be given a twin room(pic attached). Addressed my concern at the reception, but was told that all Executive Deluxe Rooms are Twin rooms and nothing can be done.If thats the case,why is their website showing Executive Deluxe Room as a King bed. Are they fooling the customer by portraying the wrong image in their website?
