The best barbeque/alfaham here in thodupuzha. One of the best I've had too. Spicy. Good portion size, and reasonable pricing. They serve mainly 3 types of barbeques namely the their regular bbq, the peri peri and the afghani chicken. Among these the afghani is by far the worst, a good one but not authentic or in no way like the afghani chicken you'd get from jeff biriyani. Best to avoid. The barbeque is their spiciest option, go for it if you love some heat in your food like me. It doesn't disappoint. The peri peri is a mix of spice and sour perhaps, maybe a little sweetness to at sometimes. But less spicy than their bbq. Choice piece option gives you the biggest chest piece for an extra 10 bucks which is so worth it. And their spanish delight shake is a reccomended must...

I went with 4 of my frds today to try kannur cocktail.. not only the item was bad but the guy who took our order namely HARI, didn't bothered to listen our concern. We called him multiple times to address the issue but he purposefully kept on ignoring us. We waited so long to receive other order we gave but it wasn't delivered either. After waiting for so long we decided to leave and then he handed over the bill which included the amount of the order which wasn't delivered. He deduct that from bill only after we told him . Also he was being extremely rude when we asked y u didn't respond to us. Customer service is crap and I sure won't recommend to anyone else. They don't value customers time or money also the staff treating customers like crap. Worst...

"Disappointing experience at cafe malabar!

I recently ordered a quarter alfram as parcel, but the service was appalling. To make matters worse, they didn't provide the kubus that usually comes complimentary with the dish. The final blow was the bill - Rs 170 for a quarter alfram without kubus! Overpriced and underwhelming. In the advertising they said they has a cobmo offer of quater alfarm and a fresh lime juce Rs 149. When i asked about it the staff was rude and unfriendly.

Unless they revamp their service and value for money, I'd advise others to think twice before...
