During my recent stay at this exceptional hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the plethora of activities available to guests. From engaging games like caroms and chess to recreational options like shuttle, there was never a shortage of entertainment. The highlight, however, was undoubtedly the inviting swimming pool, providing a refreshing oasis amidst the bustling city.

One of the standout features of my stay was the complimentary breakfast, which boasted a delectable array of options that catered to every taste bud. The tantalizing flavors and impeccable presentation truly set the tone for a perfect day ahead.

Moreover, the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel exceeded my expectations. Every corner exuded a sense of freshness and hygiene, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment throughout my stay.

Despite the compact size of the room, it was thoughtfully designed to maximize space and functionality. All essential amenities were conveniently provided within the confines of the cozy room, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Regrettably, the only blip in an otherwise flawless experience was the malfunctioning heater. Despite seeking assistance, the service for it fell short of expectations. However, this minor inconvenience did little to detract from the overall enjoyment of my stay.

In conclusion, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I am writing this review for my stay at this hotel for 3 days during the year end, from 30 Dec to 2 Jan. The only reason for giving 3 stars is because of a security incident which happened during our stay.

The hotel management should decide whether they want to become a destination for families and good crowd or just keep renting rooms to unruly and rowdy bachelor's...

On the 31st night next to our a group of bachelor's created a ruckus and infact knocked on our doors continuously. My wife who opened the door was frightened by this incident. The guys were playing loud music in the common corridor which is unacceptable. I asked the hotel receptionist to stop this nuisance and it did come to an end. If it hadn't I would directly dialled the police for help as drunken people can do any crime under the influence of alcohol.

It's high time for the management to take steps to ensure that these kind of things do not happen....or else am sure that sooner you will hear some crime happening here....

Rest all are good, praises for the kitchen staff Ram and their receptionist Vishnu. Rooms are very clean with good bed linens and towels.

You have good place to walk at night in their compound and there is a bakery few steps away if you wanna have snacks like burger, pizza, tandoori dishes and other bakery stuff.

The staff at the hotel are polite which is the best part but management needs to get serious on the security part.

They will help you with any queries and information.

Families avoid this place during special holiday season as you might face this nuisance again.

I stayed here for two nights. I made reservations directly with the hotel and the management staff were super helpful. It is located on a calm and quiet environment, very near to the Edakkal caves. There is plenty of parking space. Swimming pool is kept clean and provides enough privacy. Staff lack a professional touch that you expect from such a hotel. But they make it up with their warm hospitality and genuine service. Our room had a problem with the lock and I just mentioned it to the reception desk in the morning. The most I expected was a hollow 'sorry' and a false promise. But, by the time I returned in the evening a new lock had been fitted! Complimentary breakfast was tasty and weighed more towards Indian fare for which I have no complaint! ( I assume that the cuisine depends on the guests in the hotel). À la carte menu offers a decent selection and I suggest ordering spicy food. Free WiFi is offered to the guests but the connection was weak and patchy. Another thing that bothered me was the lack of running hot water round the clock. They use solar water heaters and many a time you will be left with cold water. I also had a problem with card payment during checkout. I think the basic problem is patchy Internet connection. So I suggest you guys to carry enough cash.

Despite some shortcomings, the lasting impression is their warm hospitality. If I were to visit wayanad again I would gladly...
