I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at LUXE Hotels, and I must say it was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. The overall ambiance and customer service left much to be desired.
Let's start with the customer service, which was shockingly bad. The staff Shafeeq and Sudhish and an Old man (Assistant) seemed indifferent and uninterested in assisting guests When I approached the front desk with a simple inquiry, I was met with a dismissive attitude and felt like I was bothering them. It's as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to stay at their establishment.
THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CARD PAYMENT ad FORCED US TO MAKE CASH PAYMENT ONLY.
The lack of communication and courtesy extended beyond the front desk. Housekeeping was a nightmare âWe were given with just 6 towels for 12 people, and We were forced to ask to turn of the Hot water Valve several times. I had to call multiple times just to get basic amenities replenished. It was evident that the staff lacked proper training and motivation to provide a satisfactory level of service.
It seemed like the hotel was stuck in a time warp, neglecting any attempts to modernize or improve the guest experience.
In conclusion, my stay at LUXE Hotels was an absolute disaster. The abysmal customer service and poor ambiance make it a place I would strongly advise anyone to avoid.
There are plenty of other hotels in the area that offer far better accommodations and genuinely care about their guests. Save yourself the disappointment and choose a different option...

The housing itself was great â spacious, clean, and well-designed. I loved that they allowed me to fly my drone; the area is beautiful and scenic, perfect for aerial shots. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location of the villa was definitely a highlight.
However, there were a few major downsides. There was no hot water during my stay, which is a basic necessity â especially for someone like me coming from America, where cold showers can literally make you sick. The pool was also not clean, but Iâll give the benefit of the doubt since the weather wasnât great. Still, maintenance could have been better.
On top of that, there was a loud party going on last night that went on for hours. I had assumed there was a curfew, but apparently not. The noise made it hard to sleep.
Overall, itâs a good resort with solid housing and nice staff, but the lack of hot water and the noise issue really brought the...
Read moreReview: First of all, this is not a hotel, so donât expect hotel-like facilities. Itâs actually a villa with 3 bedrooms. ⢠Rooms & Amenities: Thereâs no hot water kettle or in-room tea/coffee setup. You can order, and they will serve, but donât expect it in the room. Hot water availability is also very limited. ⢠Room Allocation: If youâre booking the entire villa, itâs a good option. But if youâre booking only one or two rooms, Iâd recommend choosing another property. Avoid Room No. 101, as it is directly in front of the reception and lacks privacy. We had booked 2 deluxe rooms and were initially given rooms at the reception, which we hadnât agreed to. Later, we were upsold to get rooms on the same floor. ⢠Food: The in-house food is just average (âokishâ), but since there are no nearby restaurants, youâll likely have to rely on it.
Overall: Good choice only if you want to book the full villa for a group. Otherwise, not the best option for individual...
